CIB - Markets Execution - Sales Execution Product Manager - Executive Director Who we are The Markets Execution Sales Product Management team is responsible for assessing emerging trends, technologies, electronic platforms, potential partnerships and building digital products that will transform the way we, and our clients, do business. Our team consists of product managers, designers and business representatives with a focus on Sales across Fixed Income and Equites organizations within the CIB. The team is thoughtful in balancing due diligence with speed to market and creativity with discipline in order to produce best-in-class, efficient, thoughtful digital solutions for our clients. You will: • Work on complex business problems at the intersection of Sales and Trading • Develop products that will change the way our Sales and Trading organization and clients operate and engage with us • Influence decisions on market strategy, platform strategy, client engagement and implementing innovative technology based solutions for Sales • Interact with other high-performing teams within the firm to inspire innovation and champion change Who are we hiring and what skills are need? We are looking for an outstanding Sales Product Manager with the remit to drive the next generation of digital workflows and analytics in the Execution domain. The candidate should have a history of leading and building incredible products from conception to delivery for Sales • Experience in Sales or working within a FICC Sales & Trading organization as a product manager, sales person, but certainly someone with deep experience delivering products in one of these organizations. Deep experience within at least one line-of-business within Fixed Income (Rates, Credit, FX, etc.). • Ability to own and drive the next generation of digital workflows and analytics for FICC Sales in the Execution domain. For example: within structuring and pricing tools, trade booking workflows, blotters, interests, advanced analytics and post-trade processes. Plus, lead the delivery of these within our strategic JPM desktop and mobile ecosystems. • Partner with other Sales Product Managers to define, improve and deliver a connected experience for Sales that includes our full suite of workflows and applications (e.g. CRM, Banking, Client Intelligence, etc.). • Ability to set the Execution vision and product strategy for FICC Sales line-of-businesses and determine priority, budget, roadmap, implementation plan and the team required to execute. • Understanding of current and emerging market structure that impacts an asset class as a result of regulatory, structural or technology forces within the industry and how this would shape products and applications Sales use daily. • Experience in organizing, conducting and analyzing client/sales needs. You will bridge the technical and business organizations and ensure we are building the right products with a combination of market/user/competitor research and metrics. • Establish the Execution domain governance process with Sales and Sales Management. • Action oriented mindset and accountability for delivering on front-office programs. Accountable for results, interaction with business heads and leaders within technology to partner and deliver successfully. Ability to face-off and partner with the technology organization to execute on a day-to-day basis. • Passion for living in the details of a product development cycle that would include aspects of: determining product gaps, defining/sketching features needed 'on the screen', partnering with our UX/UI design team to get visuals/workflows correct, and prioritization among many internal sales stakeholders. Ability to drive how these should be visually represented for Sales to improve their workflow is critical. • Commercial mindset with excellent communication skills. Ability to synthesize information and present it back in a thoughtful and coherent way.
