Are you a passionate Service Desk Analyst looking for a new exciting full time permanent role? You will be providing professional IT Support within their Edinburgh office user base. Key responsibilities include: * Provide 1st line support of all incidents and service requests for software and hardware * Liaise with 2nd line support for fault escalation * Provide IT support via remote control, telephone & desk-side * Accurate call logging of all IT incidents * End to end ownership of all support tickets * Carry out coaching and training as required - MS Office and relevant tools (mobile phones, laptops, tablets) * Look for opportunities to improve systems or work practices Required skills include: * Highly motivated, willing to continually update your knowledge * Specialise in all MS applications including all versions of Office * Active Directory administration * Installation / moves of hardware such as desktops & laptop builds * Knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP Desirable skills include: * Experience working within a professional services company * Knowledge of Practice/Document Management Systems * Experience working with a Virtualised Desktop Infrastructure If this opportunity is of interest, please apply in the first instance.
