KEW ROYAL BOTANIC GARDENS Campaign Manager Full time, Permanent Kew Gardens, Richmond Kew is the world's leading botanic gardens, at the forefront of plant and fungal science, a UNESCO World Heritage Site and a major visitor attraction. RBG Kew will be embarking on a fundraising campaign for the period 2. Led by Kew Foundation, the campaign will require co-ordination and management in order to be successful. This promises to be an exciting and transformative period in the history of RBG Kew and we are looking for a talented, motivated and enthusiastic individual to join us as our Campaign Manager. Reporting to the Director of Business Services in Kew Foundation, and working closely with colleagues across the Kew community, you will be responsible for project managing our campaign. Ideally you will have experience in leading complex projects requiring the co-ordination of activities and assets across a large multi-disciplinary organisation. You should be a confident and clear communicator able to present complex information in a clear and easily understood manner. We need a strong relationship builder who can bring multiple stakeholders together and ensure that actions are captured, planned and understood. We also need you to be commercial in outlook and able to grasp the strategic intent whilst managing the operational delivery of the plan. You will have worked on a large fundraising campaign and have experience in the education, arts, heritage or science sector. You will need to be able to demonstrate strong project management skills and be confident in producing high quality relevant reports. You should also be confident in managing and controlling project budgets.
