Clearleft based in the heart of Brighton are looking for a part time Bookkeeper to join the Team. This role will be varied; and will require the successful candidate to demonstrate previous and proven experience of bookkeeping, excellent communication and administration skills, tasks will include: Invoicing clients Bookkeeping Processing and reconciling staff expenses Answering and resolving accounts queries Managing the company purchase ledger Liaising with company accountant Processing staff and sub-contractor payments Working with the Directors to manage company cashflow Invoicing and credit control Payroll co-ordination with Payroll bureau Coordinate pension contributions and liaising with Pensions company As a minimum, the ideal candidate must have previous experience of bookkeeping or working in an accounts function, the ability to use Xero software along with excellent communication skills both, written and oral, and be proficient in the use of Microsoft Word and Excel.
