Work Package / Project Manager We currently have a vacancy for a Work Package / Project Manager at our site in Broad Oak Technology Centre, Portsmouth. As a Work Package /Project Manager you will assist the Project Engineering Manager to manage the day-to-day Royal Saudi Naval Forces TINS training development and delivery activities to cost, quality and time and in accordance with the project schedule while working closely with the Technical Authorities (Maritime Services, SDT and BAE Systems Saudi Arabia). You will work with the Project Engineering Manager in ensuring compliance with BAE Systems' engineering policies and processes. Provide accurate estimating, forecasting, tracking and status / progress reporting of engineering developments to the Project Engineering Manager. Your main responsibilities as a Work Package/Project Manager will involve: Support the TINS Project Engineering Manager in the delivery of training products including training needs analysis, instructional design and media specifications through the efficient employment and tasking of project analysts, instructional designers and engineers. Proactively task and monitor a multi-disciplinary team of training specialists and engineers undertaking activities in accordance with BAE Systems' processes to deliver the contracted deliverables against the agreed schedule as directed by the Project Engineering Manager. Prepare/review engineering estimates and schedules relating to training solution developments for review by the Project Engineering Manager. Forecast the required resource for each task. Provide support to the Project Engineering Manager for the appropriate identification of risk and subsequent analysis. Assist in the preparation of engineering reports for Governance Meetings. Your skills and qualifications: Essential A strong background in Governance and Lifecycle Management. You will able to demonstrate your ability to monitor time, cost and quality and be able to report in a precise manner. Desirable You will be ideally DSAT qualified.
