Regional Operations Manager - up to £40k, profit share, company car, mobile and laptop

We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Regional Operations Manager to look after the North of England & Scotland team. Reporting to the Senior Management team you role will play a key part in contract retention strategy and reviews, control financial performance in the territory and deliver effective leadership of service delivery of cleaning solutions to all customers.

Your duties will include:

  • Managing and motivating a remote team of Area Managers, Site Managers, Senior Area Manager and Service Delivery Managers
  • Support and train field staff to maintain an exceptional quality cleaning service to client agreed KPIs and SLA's
  • Undertake regular formal client review meetings and review contracts on an annual basis
  • Authorise weekly wages ensuring budget hours are met and weekly mileage expenses and additional hours for field staff
  • Produce weekly reports for the Operations Director
  • Lead operational meetings
  • Assist with mobilisation of new accounts in other regions
  • Support credit control
  • Recruitment of Area Managers and Service Delivery Managers alongside the Operations Director

To be considered for this role:

  • Significant experience in delivering cleaning solutions in the capacity of a Regional Operations Manager
  • Experience of liaising with clients at a senior level
  • Strong people leader with experience of a remote team and managing multiple teams
  • Financial and commercial awareness
  • Experience of operating cleaning services across multiple sites, including assessing productivity, reviewing consumables and equipment etc
