Have previous Office Management experience
Have previous financial support experience
Lead by example and work well as part of enthusiastic team to ensure
Have a real eye for detail
Working as the Office Manager you will:
Ensure each office operational process are working effectively
Be responsible for the administration of financial process including purchase and sales ledgers
Provide accurate information and input to financial control systems
Act as a local coordinator of HR matters
Manage the existing administration personnel
Provide administrative support to team directors
