Job Description

Our client is an established RC frame and civil engineering
contractor. They have recently been awarded a £1M groundworks project
which is due to start in Sheffield and they require a Project Manager
to manage this project from start to finish.

Main duties:

* Responsible for the day to day management of the project.

* Managing and coordinating manpower.

* Ensuring the project runs to programme and budget.

* Ensuring the company's QA documentation is managed.

* Liaising with the clients' management team.

* Reporting to a visiting Contracts Manager.

* Ensuring all works are carried out safely, to a high standard.

Requirements:

* Minimum of 5 years experience working as a Site Manager or Project
Manager on groundworks projects.

* Excellent safety record.

* Good communication and IT skills.

Salary / rate will depend on experience
