Senior Project Manager - £26.M High Rise - Student Accomadation

Leading contractor with proven track record of delivering projects with the education residential sector, requires a Senior Project Manager to lead all aspects of a £26.M high-rise student accommodation project within a logistically challenging city centre location.
This is an excellent opportunity to lead a major project from inception for one of the UK's fastest growing contractors.
Candidate will be able to demonstrate a solid track record of delivering major projects. Ideally with additional high-rise experience.

• Providing the overall leadership and management of the project • Lead and managing the overall design process; that includes interacting with consultants and external stakeholders where required • Maintaining and managing design in line with SARCOPHAGUS (The Project) • Identifying and managing risks and opportunities in relation to design • Producing a detailed construction programme • Monitoring and managing the works against the programme and PMP • Producing target programmes and short-term plans • Identifying key milestones and constraints • Identifying any areas of programme risks and opportunities; formulating a plan to overcome/capitalise on these • Completing arcuate weekly reports and monthly reviews • Ensuring the subcontracts are working in line with programme • Identifying shortfalls in subcontracts and developing plans to address these • Completing accurate client reports • Producing the countdown programmes 12 weeks out from programme completion • Developing and maintaining a good working relationship with the client • Leading and managing the relevant aspects of the project charter • Identifying, developing and maintaining effective relationship with internal and external stakeholders • Operating in line with the CCS policy • Ensuring the preparing and completion of the operations and maintenance manuals for handover
