New Road Recruitment brings to market a job for a Qualified Quantity Surveyor to work for a well-established Planning & Consulting Company. It is not nessary to be RICS Accredited for this position but it would be beneficial. Trainee and Assistant Quanitity Surveyors please apply.

Start Date: ASAP

Salary: £50,000 - £75,000 Based on experience+ Travel Expenses

Location: North London

Work Pattern: 5-day week being Monday - Friday

The company is a Multi-Discipline Planning & Consulting organisation offering Quantity Surveying, Building Surveying, Project Management, Employer's Agent, Health, Safety and Environmental Services (including Principal Designer role), Site Inspectors and 3D CAD and BIM Services.

The company are currently looking for a Quantity Surveyor, to be based out of their North London office, who has experience in the Residential and Commercial sector. A high percentage of the work is office blocks converted to apartments.

As a Quantity Surveyor you will be working as part of the organisations Cost Consultancy team

As a Quantity Surveyor you will be working on a wide variety of exciting projects for a number of Public Sector Clients on both refurbishment and new build schemes ranging in value from £50,000 to £100m

As a Quantity Surveyor you will be undertaking both pre and post contract duties (from feasibility costs to agreement of final account).

You will be taking ownership of your own portfolio of projects and, as required, you will be supported by a number of junior cost consultants.

The candidate will have at least 3 years post graduate experience and will have the experience of running a number of Public Sector residential projects from inception to completion.
