Key tasks and Responsibilities
Reporting to the Development Manager Review and monitor the Contractors programme. Update progress against the baseline programme, report on delays incurred. Look ahead short term programming and coordination. Liaise with the QC inspection team and Principal Contractor to schedule and coordinate the inspection programme. Assist with document control.
You'll be familiar with Asta Powerproject, Excel etc. and have worked previously within the built environment.
The salary is negotiable for the right candidate.
