My client have recently implemented Robotic Process Automation within the business. This is the use of software with artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning capabilities to handle high-volume, repeatable tasks that previously required humans to perform.
My client are increasing their capability and capacity to identify and automate high-volume non-core activities through Robotics Process Automation (RPA), freeing colleagues up to focus on more strategic elements of their roles.
This role encapsulates process analyst, developer and controller responsibilities, delivering maximum value within the RPA team. As Robotics Process Automation Analyst, you'll identify business processes for automation and perform requirement gathering and opportunity assessments.
The RPA tool of choice in Blue Prism, meaning you will need Blue Prism development experience to be effective in the developer aspect of this role. In the Process Developer aspect of your role you'll be responsible for the design, development, and configuration testing of Blue Prism RPA solutions.
Acting as Process Controller you will schedule and run Blue Prism processes, ensure the stability of the Blue Prism IT environment, investigate any issues in the live processes, and raise change requests or support calls where required.
You will be an experienced Business Analyst with great stakeholder management and communication skills. Blue Prism development experience is highly advantageous. Skilled in process improvement.
