Our client is a high-end property management company, who are seeking to recruit a lift engineer to work across multiple contracts with multiple clients in London.
You will have at least five years' experience, alongside appropriate qualifications (eg NVQ in Lift repair) and ideally be part of the CISBE or a similar organisation.
Duties will include, but are not limited to:
• Managing KPIs and SLAs to make sure they are on track • Handling and maintaining client & customer relationships to high standards • Completing VTE site surveys of equipment • Provide technical support • Planning & Carrying out of performance reports and acting upon any necessary issues to ensure targets are reached.
Ideally the client is also looking for someone that is able to understand and analyse the methods of cost-saving, whilst maintaining a high quality of work, alongside being able to manage client expectations.
