The Role This is an exciting new role which will focus on developing, implementing and optimising digital supporter experiences. Working with the digital and fundraising teams you will lead on maximising user engagement and conversions across different audience segments. With a good understanding of UX design principles and experience in customer journey mapping, you will be able to grow our analytics reporting in order to make data driven decisions. We are looking for a solutions-focussed innovator and creative thinker who is adept at using research to provide a better understanding of our supporter's goals, needs and behaviours. With the ability to work effectively across teams you will be focussed on making improvements based on performance analysis and insight, utilising a test and optimisation cycle. Our Location Our Central Office is located in a converted mill in Ewell, Surrey which is just over 30-minutes by train from Waterloo and 15 minutes from Wimbledon.
