As a Project Team Leader, you'll support the Operations Manager with the day to day running of the Contracts Department to ensure the smooth running of all projects.
You'll manage a portfolio of projects, championing business process and providing leadership and guidance to the Projects team in order to deliver an outstanding level of service to our customers.

• Provide accurate and timely customer project updates throughout the project lifecycle • Oversee the information sent to the fitting teams to ensure accuracy and consistency • Oversee the Project co-ordinators to ensure that business process is being adhered to • Support the team with the final surveyor schedule and deadlines for completion of drawings • Work alongside the Operations Manager to develop process improvements • Assist with purchasing goods, labour and access for project-specific requirements • Work with the Operations Manager to ensure that all health and safety requirements are adhered to and the teams are up to date with the required training • Ensure that all customers receive an exceptional level of service from the team
Desired Skills & Experience
• Previous experience within a project orientate role • Practically minded to ensure a solution that will work effectively and anticipate risk • Strong planning and organisational skills • Commercial awareness to make cost-effective decisions
