Job Description

This award winning organisation are currently recruiting highly passionate, motivated and enthusiastic HR Systems & Data Analyst to join them on a fixed term contract within their Birmingham office.

Reporting to the HR Project Manager, your duties will include:

* Supporting and managing the continuous improvement of their HR System - SuccessFactors

* Analysing, configuring and implementing solutions to address the needs of the client

* Set up and manage projects that will develop the initial implementation

* Working with large volumes of data using Excel and SQL

Essential skills:

* Minimum 2 years' experience of HR Systems ideally SuccessFactors

* Be able to create MI reports on a weekly monthly and Ad-Hoc basis

* Experience of analysing, configuration and implementing HR & Payroll Systems

* Experience of handling large volume of Data using Excel and SQL

* Having experience of Finance systems would be advantageous
