As Site Engineer, you'll be the final key piece in the site team puzzle of this multi-million-pound package of enabling works. You'll have a key role on site working alongside the Agent and Sub Agent to set out detailed works according to contract drawings and establish the level and survey control on site, as well as produce accurate daily records, ITPs and Task Briefings. You'll also need to work according to health and safety standards and work as part of the team to ensure works are completed to high standards and in line with time and budget constraints.
Extensive experience in drainage and earthworks within either a civils or construction background is essential for this project. On top of this, you'll need excellent technical competency, as well the ability to produce daily diaries, task briefings and assist with site planning. A keen eye for detail is also a must, as you'll need to play your part in ensuring work is delivered free of snags and defects. You'll need top-notch communication skills to fit in well with this proactive team and the drive to work efficiently and effectively on a live site.
